Welcome to PropConnect (“PropConnect”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

PropConnect provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that enables real estate agencies and businesses to manage inquiries, listings, and advertising leads, including integrations with third-party sources such as Facebook and Instagram.

2. User Responsibilities

  • ✓ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • ✓ You must ensure that any data you import or process through PropConnect complies with applicable data protection laws, including Meta’s Platform Terms.
  • ✓ You agree not to misuse the platform for unauthorized data access, resale, or scraping.

3. Integration with Third-Party Services

PropConnect may connect with external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp). Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider’s terms and policies. PropConnect is not liable for the behavior or availability of third-party APIs.

4. Intellectual Property

All PropConnect software, content, and branding are the property of PropConnect or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their data.

5. Limitation of Liability

PropConnect is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
